This really does look pretty decent. Unfortunately, the light source for the scene that used this is so intense that the detail for the normal and specular doesn't even show up; it looks like all you have is a diffuse. If you could, I'd try to turn down the intensity of the sun and add some lanterns or something. Give your details a reason to pop ;)

I am using 2 point lights, one is white and the other is yellowish No sun light. :D and if i reduce point lights, the spec will not b e visible at all.

You could easily fix that by brightening the levels on your spec map and turning down intensity on your point lights, right?
